Each item returned for warranty and consequently not found to be faulty will attract a $50 service and testing charge. Any service or freight costs are to be paid before goods will be released from IPS.Package each item securely- Physical damage is not covered under warranty. Each section of this form must be filled out- including fault description, no RA number will be issued to incomplete forms. Send only the goods back (no cables, manuals, etc…) accompanied by this form. IPS Intelligent Systems P/L. will not accept any responsibility for loss of software, data or any electronic information resulting from carrying out required service or repairs. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to backup any software, data or any information which the customer believes to be important, valuable, irreplaceable or the like before the equipment is services or repaired onsite or at IPS Intelligent Systems P/L premises.
