ORDERS
Please ensure that care is taken when ordering as all goods sold are on a no refund or exchange basis. IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd terms are payment before delivery. Government departments, universities, schools, select corporate clients may apply for a credit account, which must be approved before placement of orders. IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd may withhold goods or services from overdue accounts.
PAYMENT
IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd requires a minimum of 30% of the total purchase price to be paid with purchase order and the balance to be paid before delivery or collection. Deposits for orders are non-refundable. Any funds must be cleared in order to be verified as payment. Payment can be made to IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd with a personal cheque, bank cheque, cash, direct deposit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Conditions apply. Credit card payments will only be accepted from those purchasers that are present at IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd's premises and are authorised signatories on the account, or from previously approved purchasers. Credit card transactions will also incur an additional processing fee. In an effort to prevent fraudulent use of credit card information, IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd's accounts department may require additional details to be confirmed.
Banking details for direct deposits are on our order confirmation.
Please advise IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd of any payments made into the account by either faxing (02 9939 4088) or emailing.
PRICES
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust information or pricing due to typographical errors, market fluctuations, manufacturers price changes etc. that may occur at any time.
WARRANTY
IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd equipment is covered under a 1-year return-to-base warranty, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Extended Australia wide on-site warranty is available for purchase for up to 3 years. If goods are claimed faulty in the 1-year period, it is the purchaser's responsibility to return the goods to IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd, and collect them once the warranty claim has been completed. The purchaser must claim faulty parts that are out of warranty with the manufacturer. Requests for repairs on faulty equipment that is out of warranty may be approved by IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd at its discretion, for which it will incur a parts and labour fee. Goods that are found to be faulty by IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd, which, according to IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd, are defective because of faulty materials or workmanship, will be repaired, or at IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd's discretion replaced.
In the event that goods are to be returned for warranty, the purchaser must fill out an IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. The form requires invoice number, purchaser details and detailed fault or reason for return. No warranty claims will be accepted without proof of purchase. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA number.
Any goods returned to IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd must be suitably packaged as physical damage is excluded and will not be accepted as a warranty claim. Under no circumstances will we accept opened or non-faulty software for return. Where the same item is unavailable, IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute with a similar item. In the event that goods are returned and found not faulty, a $50 service charge will apply.
IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any data loss. It is assumed that the purchaser has backed up all mission critical data and files prior to any work carried out by IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd.
EQUIPMENT
IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd does not accept or assume any responsibility for the performance of any hardware or software supplied by IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd above or beyond the original equipment manufacturer's specifications and warranty. In all cases of software purchases, the purchaser is acquiring a license to use software and will be bound by the associated software agreement. Copies of these agreements are available on request.
SHIPMENT
Freight and freight insurance charges are not included. If delivery is required, freight costs will be advised. All goods are sent at the purchaser's risk. Freight insurance may be purchased from IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd and is recommended, as IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
DELIVERY
Delivery is typically 3-10 working days after receipt of purchase order and deposit. If IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd is prevented from delivering goods due to manufacturing delays, fire, flood, transport delays, war, strike, lock-out, industrial dispute, government legislation or intervention, any act of God or any other cause beyond its control then it shall be entitled at its option to either extend the time for delivery until a reasonable period after such cause has ceased to exist, or to terminate the sale and in neither case shall the purchaser have any claim for loss or damage against IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd. The purchaser shall ensure on receipt of the goods that they are in working order within 3 days of delivery. And the purchaser shall indemnify IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd against any loss or damage to the goods arising after delivery to the purchaser.
TITLE OF GOODS
The goods shall remain the absolute property of IPS Intelligent Systems Pty Ltd as legal and equitable owner and the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price has been fully paid.
